How much does QuickBooks cleanup cost?
QuickBooks cleanup starts from $80 per hour. The total depends on the periods behind, number of accounts, record quality and corrections needed. We review your scope before quoting; the hourly starting rate is not a fixed project total.
Is cleanup the same as monthly bookkeeping?
Cleanup addresses overdue or disorganized records. Monthly bookkeeping maintains a regular reconciliation and reporting routine. Our monthly Discovery plan starts at $250 with a $200 one-time QuickBooks setup fee; we confirm which work is needed separately.
How long will cleanup take?
We agree on a schedule after reviewing your backlog and the records available. Missing statements or questions about transactions may affect completion. We do not promise a fixed number of days before reviewing your books.
Can I share financial records in my inquiry?
Describe the backlog first, without account credentials or sensitive documents. We confirm what is needed and use the secure client portal for document sharing after agreeing on the work.
